About

Good to know

Sprawling across 5,000 square feet, this custom estate is designed so a group of 16 can gather together without ever feeling crowded. The Layout & Sleeping: Featuring 7 spacious bedrooms, everyone gets a comfortable bed to crash in after a long day on the water. The Mother-in-Law Suite: Need a little extra privacy? This property includes a dedicated suite complete with its own kitchen area—perfect for grandparents, a separate family, or early risers wanting to brew morning coffee without waking the whole house. The Living & Dining: Massive open-concept main gathering spaces mean your whole crew can cook, eat, and hang out together seamlessly. The Outdoors: Step out the back door into your private resort. Float in the pool, soak in the hot tub, fire up the grill, or enjoy a quiet drink while watching the sunset over the open field. The Logistics: No parking headaches here. Pull through the secure private gate right up to dedicated on-site parking with power hookups ready for your boats and trailers.

Other Details to Note

Pool & Hot Tub Safety: There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests use the pool and hot tub at their own risk, and children must be supervised at all times. The Outdoors: Because we are nestled in the beautiful East Texas countryside near Lake Fork, you may occasionally encounter local wildlife, insects, or open-field surroundings. Keep doors and screen doors closed to keep critters outside! Boat Power Hookups: Please ensure your power cords are rated for outdoor use when plugging into the designated boat charging stations. Events & Quiet Hours: While this is an incredible spot for family reunions and fishing trips, we kindly ask that guests respect our neighbors and local noise ordinances. No unauthorized parties or events.
